What’s unique about me is I genuinely believe all things are possible. That boundless starting point produces results you can’t get anywhere else.

That positive energy is grounded in reality. I have the knowledge and skill of 20 years experience. That paired with patience, and passion I will help you discover what your body is capable of by safely challenging it to progress past the previously assumed or imposed limits.

Let’s be honest, we are ALL In Our Head too much. Without a regular practice that effectively stills the mind and brings you into the body, the spinning chaos becomes you.

  • Our work is multi-faceted as opposed to compartmental. Exercise as you have known it is about physical fitness. Ours is about self-awareness, increased sensitivity, right relationship with gravity, and unwinding patterns that are stuck whether emotionally, physically, or energetically. Feeling great, strong, balanced and relaxed is the natural side effect of caring for yourself in this holistic way. Without this focus, mainstream exercise reinforces the patterns that limit you and is often the reason people do not stick with it.

  • Start with our Get to Know YOU Package: Your personal introduction to mindful movement.

    • An individual session to learn the foundational movement practices that support your journey.

    • An individual Pilates Reformer training session where we will customize your initial practice.

    • A Movement Foundations class to meet our community, and

    • An independent reformer practice to get comfortable with the equipment

    All 4 sessions – $150. The perfect way to discover which membership is right for you.

  • New Client Get to Know YOU Package $150

    Single Session Classes $35

    Individual Sessions 55min (Movement, FIeld Tuning, Voice/Sound/Stillness) $125-175

    Membership $150-250/mo. (recommended 1-2 classes per week, 2-4 practices per week)

    Budget limitations should not stop you from attending, if you are serious about taking ownership of your body, share your budget needs in the application below.

  • The commitment here is to yourself. There are no membership requirements or obligations — you choose what works for you. People stay a long time because it’s effective, it feels good, and it nourishes in ways that go far beyond the physical.
